PA Intake Workspace

A reviewer-facing prior-authorization intake workspace. One incoming PA request (raw fax text or an EDI X12 278 review request) is run through a four-stage advisory pipeline — extraction/normalization, auth-requirement + eligibility determination with a regulatory turnaround (TAT) clock (42 CFR 422.568/438.210), a dynamic documentation-completeness check that drafts a tailored missing-records request letter, and intake routing/triage (queue, reviewer type, priority, TAT deadline). Every output is a DRAFT/RECOMMENDED determination shown beside the raw source with a Confirm/Override human gate — the twin never makes the medical-necessity decision. Deterministic engines (EDI 278 parser, PA-required/gold-card lookup, statutory clock, routing) are separated from the LLM capabilities. Reference PA lists and evidence checklists ship as clearly-labeled synthetic stand-ins to be swapped for licensed sources before production.
